Hours of fun and he is so very cute.Julie Sirhall When she had her turn she would not stop. My husband bought this for our 9 yr old daughter. He loves it so much he didn't let Rylie play with it for hours.
He runs quite well on our carpet and tile, even over the little raised border between the rooms with ease. You can program it, but only one reprogram at a time.
This is more a toy than a robot. We have a Pleo too and Pleo is light years ahead of this this one.
For the price, this toy is a lot of fun. And I like the fact his treads actually move, were has other Wall-E treads were fake.
But my 10 year old daughter and her cousins are having a good time with it, so its shortcomings pale in comparison to the fun times they are having. We have carpet and tile and unless he hits your foot, a shoe, or some other low obstruction, we haven't had him fall over a lot.
His movements are pretty fluid too.
great gift idea worth the money. walle was my 5 yr olds bday gift and she loves it. its fun for mom and dad too :) we all play with him inside and out on the patio he doesnt do well on grass.
12 square feet so it wont fall or crash against anything, it's very complicates to play with this toy well. it is funny and all but is too sensitive for a toy, it should be made for hard-times playing, after all we all know children can't play nice with their toys, they shouldn't be made to look at them, the toy it is very nice, very funny, but it won't keep a child busy for more than a cuple of days, he will get bored of the dancing toy that you can't touch a lot or it will be ruined, that you can't put in any surface, it has to be in a flat surface, it must have a clear area of about.
Keeps the kids interested. The toy is fun. Moves like he does in the film.
